Localisation for date, time, and country
You can set per-company preferences for default country and date/time format (e.g. 12h vs 24h, regional date order):

Default date format — e.g. US (MM/dd/yyyy), UK (dd/MM/yyyy), or ISO (yyyy-MM-dd), with user-friendly presets.

Default time format — 12-hour (e.g. 2:30 PM) or 24-hour (e.g. 14:30).

Default country — used for phone number fields and other locale-dependent behaviour, with a platform default as fallback.
