TL;DR. Connect your own EasyParcel account once, and every delivery order starts showing live courier prices for that exact parcel and that exact address — DHL eCommerce, J&T, Pos Laju, Ninja Van, City-Link and the rest. Pick one, book, print the airway bill, stick it on the box. EasyParcel charges your own credit; WhatsMenu never resells postage. Setup takes about ten minutes, once.

Why book from the order
The usual shipping routine is five steps: open the shipping site, copy the address, type the weight, book, download the PDF, then come back and mark the order sent. Four of those exist only because the two systems don't talk to each other.
When EasyParcel is connected, the address is already filled in, your usual box size is already filled in, and the prices are the real ones for that destination. You press two buttons.
What you need
- An EasyParcel account with credit in it. Sign up at easyparcel.com and top up. This is a bring-your-own-account integration: postage is charged to your balance at your rates, and WhatsMenu never holds your shipping money.
- A printer. A thermal label printer if you have one, or any ordinary A4 printer.
- Ten minutes. All of it one-time.
Part 1 — Connect your account (2 minutes)
Go to Settings → Apps and switch on EasyParcel. An EasyParcel entry appears in your sidebar.
Open it and press Connect EasyParcel. You'll land on EasyParcel, log in with your own credentials, and approve access. There are no API keys to copy, and WhatsMenu never sees your password.
Back in WhatsMenu the page shows Connected, your account name and your wallet balance. Refresh pulls the latest balance whenever you want it.
Part 2 — Pickup address and default parcel (4 minutes)
Pickup address is printed as the sender on every airway bill, and it's where couriers come to collect. If your EasyParcel account supplies one, it's filled in for you; otherwise type it in and save. Add the sender name your customer should see on the box. You do this once.
Default parcel is the box you ship most days — weight in kg plus length, width and height in cm. Every order starts from these and you can override them on any single order.
Parcel content is the description the courier sees: "Clothing", "Cosmetics", "Dried food". Leave it blank and WhatsMenu uses the item names from each order.
Part 3 — Couriers and label size (2 minutes)
Couriers you use trims the list. Tick the two or three you actually ship with and only those appear when you check prices, cheapest first. Leave everything unticked to see every courier EasyParcel offers.
Airway bill size is A6 for a thermal label printer, or A4 to print on a normal printer and tape on. Some couriers only issue one size; when yours isn't available for that courier, the other is used automatically.
That's setup done. Everything from here happens on the order.
Ship your first order
Open any delivery order and find the EasyParcel card.
- Check the Send to block. Name, phone, address, postcode, city and state come from the customer's order. Press Edit to add a unit number or fix anything missing — couriers reject incomplete addresses, and catching it here is free.
- Check the parcel. Your defaults are already in. Change them if this box is unusual.
- Pick a collection date — the day the courier comes, or the day you drop it off.
- Press Get courier prices. Each result shows the courier, the real price for this parcel to this address, and whether it's pickup or drop-off. The cheapest of your couriers is pre-selected. If none of them serve that address, WhatsMenu says so and shows the others instead.
- Press Book & pay. One confirmation names the courier and the exact amount EasyParcel will take from your credit.
- Press Print airway bill. You get the label and nothing else — some couriers return a PDF with an invoice attached, and WhatsMenu drops the extra pages so you print one label per parcel.
The card then keeps the airway bill number, shipment number and amount charged with the order, and shows the parcel's status as it moves: booked, collected, in transit, delivered.
Telling your customer
The tracking link appears on their order status page the moment you book — the same page they were already watching. Nothing to send, and it costs nothing.
If you send order updates over your own WhatsApp, there are TRACKING_NUMBER and TRACKING_LINK placeholders for your message templates. You can also let EasyParcel message the customer by WhatsApp, SMS or email from its own settings, though EasyParcel charges each of those to your credit — which is why they start switched off.
If something goes wrong
- "Your EasyParcel credit is not enough." Nothing was booked and nothing was charged. Top up at easyparcel.com and press Get courier prices again.
- The airway bill isn't ready. The card says it's being prepared. It updates on its own, or press Refresh.
- You need to cancel. Press Cancel shipment before the courier collects and the amount returns to your credit. A few couriers require a written reason, so they'll only accept the cancellation inside your EasyParcel account — WhatsMenu tells you which shipment, then Refresh brings the result back.
- No courier is available. Usually a postcode that doesn't match the state, or a parcel over the courier's limit. Fix the address in Edit, or check the weight.
Get started
EasyParcel is for parcels going where a rider can't — Penang to Johor, KL to Kuching, anywhere across to Sabah and Sarawak. Keep your own drivers, Lalamove or Detrack for the local orders that have to arrive today; plenty of shops run both and choose per order.
Create your store at whatsmenu.page/new, or switch EasyParcel on from Settings → Apps if you're already selling. Delivering locally too? See Run Your Own Delivery.
