WhatsMenu is an independent online catalog and storefront platform built for local merchants. We help retail shops, restaurants, service providers, clinics, and showcase businesses go online without rebuilding the system as they grow.

Traditional e-commerce was built for sellers chasing the global marketplace — listing fees, shipping integrations, weeks of setup. We built WhatsMenu the other way around: list your products, share your link, and you are already serving the customers in your neighbourhood.

The catalog, storefront, ordering engine, and payments live entirely on WhatsMenu.
WhatsMenu is operated by Websumo Solutions, a Malaysian company registered with SSM under reg. no. 201803015504. The product is founder-led and based in Kuala Lumpur.
The platform launched in December 2021. Websumo Solutions, the operating company, was incorporated in March 2018.

No. WhatsMenu is an independent platform — not part of WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp is supported as a notification channel, but the catalog, storefront, ordering, and payments all live on WhatsMenu.
