What it does

Create a bundle: pick two or more products, set the bundle price (or a discount off the sum), give it its own name and image. Customers see it as one item on the storefront — they don't have to add three things to cart. Stock for individual products inside the bundle drops appropriately when one sells.

Restaurants (set meals), cafés (combos), florists (bouquet + card + chocolate), retail (matching outfit, gift sets), beauty (treatment + product), service merchants (consultation + report). How it works

  1. Create a bundle product — pick the items it includes and how many of each.
  2. Set the bundle price — fixed amount, or a percentage off the sum of items.
  3. Customers add the bundle to cart as one item; stock for component products tracks individually.

Use bundles when (1) two products are typically bought together anyway, or (2) you want to introduce a slow-moving product alongside a popular one. Avoid bundling unrelated items just to clear stock — customers see through it and the bundle becomes a value signal you can't un-send.

Can customers customise what's in a bundle?

Yes — "build-your-own" bundles let customers pick from a menu (e.g. "any 3 cupcakes for $30"). Fixed bundles have a set composition.

How does stock work?

Selling a bundle decrements each component's stock by the included quantity. If any component runs out, the bundle becomes unavailable.

Can I show the saving on the storefront?

Yes — display "Save $5" or "Save 12%" next to the bundle price. Drives the value message clearly.

Do bundles work with coupons?

Yes by default. You can also exclude bundles from coupon discounts if the bundle is already discounted enough.

Can I have a "gift bundle" with a custom message?

Yes — combine bundles with Custom Item Fields (e.g. "gift message") so customers add a personalised note at checkout.
