What it does

Sales Reports cover revenue, order count, average order value, top products, top customers, fulfilment-channel split (delivery/pickup/dine-in), payment-method split, and time-of-day patterns. Pick a date range. See the chart. Drill into individual orders if a number looks off.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see reports per staff member?

Yes — filter by staff to see who rang up what. Useful for performance review and commission calculation.

Can I see reports per branch?

If you run a multi-storefront setup, yes. Single-storefront merchants get one consolidated view.

How far back does the data go?

All your historical data, from your first order onwards. Reports run on the live database — no archival cutoff.

Can I schedule a report to email weekly?

Email-scheduled reports are on the roadmap. For now, log in once a week and pull the view you want.

Does it match what my accountant needs?

CSV export includes order ID, date, customer, items, totals, tax, and payment method — the columns most accounting systems import directly.
