Operations

The right products at the right time of day.

Breakfast menu hides itself after 11am. Lunch sets show up only on weekdays. Friday-night-only specials wake up at 5pm and disappear at midnight. No more updating the storefront twice a day.

What it does

Schedule any product or category by day of week and time window. The storefront and the POS both respect the schedule — items hide on the customer side and grey out on the POS when out of their window. Walk-in customers can't accidentally order breakfast at 3pm.

Who it's for

Restaurants and cafés (breakfast/lunch/dinner menus). Bakeries (Sunday-only sourdough). Bars (happy hour). Clinics (different consult types on different days). Florists (Mother's Day-only premium bouquets). Anyone whose offering changes by time of day or day of week.

How it works

  1. On any product or category, set its availability schedule — days of week, start time, end time.
  2. Optional: set seasonal/holiday windows (e.g. "Hari Raya menu" Apr 1–30 only).
  3. The storefront and POS hide the items outside their window automatically — no manual switching.

When to use it

Use scheduled availability for time-of-day businesses. If your hours never change and your menu doesn't shift through the day, you don't need it. The moment you have a "different menu" for two parts of the day, this saves you the daily switch.

Frequently asked questions

Does this respect time zones for my customers?

The schedule runs in your storefront's configured time zone. A customer ordering from another country will see your local schedule, which matches your fulfilment hours.

Can I have different schedules per branch?

Multi-branch support is on the roadmap. Today schedules are per storefront — most merchants run one storefront per location.

What about holiday closures?

Use the seasonal window option to pause an item or the whole storefront for specific dates (e.g. closed for Hari Raya).

Will customers see when an item will be available again?

Optional. You can show "back at 5pm" or simply hide the item — your choice based on whether teasing it drives anticipation or annoys customers.

Does it work with the POS too?

Yes. Items outside their schedule grey out on the POS too, so cashiers can't accidentally ring up the breakfast set at dinner.
