How it works

  3. Customers order, pay, and the order lands in your dashboard. You print, fulfil, and they get an order-status link. WhatsApp notifications optional.

How do refunds and cancellations work?

Refunds happen through your payment gateway directly (Stripe refunds via Stripe, PayPal via PayPal). Order status changes (cancelled, refunded) sync back to your dashboard so reporting stays accurate. No middleman touching the money.
